Okay, I know you see Jackson as a total sub, but what if he came back to Beacon Hills after he turned eighteen and graduated, and saw what rough shape Lydia was in. And he gets all prissy and judgmental with the pack when they try to take care of her but they’re doing it all wrong and he’s just like ‘Ugh, you idiots, give her here.’

And then the pack watches, bewildered, as Jackson gets her to actually admit she’s not fine and cry on his shoulder and show actual emotions beyond resigned determination. The two even start arguing at one point which is AMAZING because Lydia hasn’t been bitchy to anyone in way too long.

So the pack gives them some alone time, and the next day she is way closer to the o.g. Lydia than she has been in forever, and the whole pack is assuming they like, had this long heart to heart but in actuality what happened is that Lydia got held down and thoroughly fucked because no one’s being seeing to those needs properly either and then maybe she gets spanked (which they both know turns her on but she will never, ever admit that.) for not taking care of herself or standing up for herself or asking for help when she needed it, and then after that Jackson gets progressively cockier and more dominating until it stops turning her on and starts pissing her off and she tells him on no uncertain terms to stop that shit or else.

And it turns out that was what she needed to get back to herself, was just to be pushed in a way that didn’t make her fear for her damn life but was still annoying, until she remembered she was Lydia damn Martin and the Head Bitch In Charge.

And maybe Jackson knew all of this, what would make Lydia horny and what would just make her mad, because early on in their relationship Lydia figured out that as long as she let Jackson be dominant in bed, she could more or less dominate the hell out of him outside of it, and then she discovered that she liked it better that way anyway.
