Seventeen year old Peter being sold to Chris because the Hales have some debt they need to pay off and selling Peter before he reaches an age where they can’t legally sell him was the easiest and quickest way.

! so have they already trained Peter towards his new status because they always knew it would come to this? So he’s sweetly obedient and always calling Chris ‘sir’ and ‘master’ and strives on providing for him?

or has he been just a normal kid and is absolutely furious about his new position and will need to get brought in line by all means necessary. Chris kind of finds it endearing but it doesn’t keep him from chaining Peter to a wall until he has no option but to soil himself; just to teach him about always talking back.
