I’m not into beating up but my first thought was Gabe goddamn wrestling the kid down after McCree growled at him for the umpteenth time; and Gabriel is a very patient Alpha; very secure in his status and everything, but McCree gets under his skin, and the kid has the habit of starting shit at the worst of times: like when they’re all sweaty and fragrant from training, and everybody feels like they’re top stud anyway.
So I feel like McCree made a dumb comment/snapped/sniffed a lil too long for comfort in Gabriel’s direction, and Gabriel snaps and wrestles him down.
It’s p easy to overwhelm him with his bigger bulk and McCree is a sloppy fighter when he’s emotional, which he def is.
Probs needs a good, big hand on the back of his neck, holding him down to calm his squirming and thrashing.
Maybe Reyes ruts against his ass just to show him who’s the boss. Drill the message home by making him submit in front of all the other recruits. Crooning sweet encouragement into his ear about how he doesn’t need to posture anymore; he’s no longer in Deadlock where tons of Alphas were crowded into a tiny little space.
How there’s no shame if he accepts that Reyes is the top dog and always gets the first bite of the meal – and in turn Reyes will make sure he’ll get the best scraps afterwards and be cared for.
