I am so excited, you wouldn’t even believe. The Dark Tower has shaped me so much. I picked the books up completely out of order from my parents’ huge bookcase, reading the third first and still was absolutely mesmerized by the style of writing and the world and the characters. I think I was only like… 12/13 or something and this book series is my everything.
I really really want the movie to be good. I fear it won’t stand up to my exact expectations because it just can’t, but I’m so so so so hyped for Idris Elba as Roland, I’ll just sit in the theater with my hands pressed against my mouth and stare at him. that’s very probably how this will turn out aölsakfjöak
