it’s been dark that first time Genji took off his mask so when Hanzo is in OW and sees him the first time without mask and helmet, he just stares at that beard and the grey hair and clutches hard at the doorframe because while Genji’s beard is a bit patchy courtesy of some scars, he does look p much exactly like their father.
Cue Hanzo not knowing exactly how he found his way back to his room before fucking himself v rudely on one of his toys and whimpering for otosan

Hanzo wants the calm daddy but he also wants to be treated a bit mean. He ends up being super teary and chewing at the covers to keep himself quiet so Genji doesn‘t notice.
