Rough size comparison with odd arm pose to show the true reach difference. Zenyatta from toe to head is 5′8′’ (1.72 m) so Genji is probably 5′7′’ (1.7 m) which isn’t a stretch since Hanzo is also 5′8′’ (1.73 m). Mercy is also 5′7′’ (1.7 m) and Mccree is 6′1′’ (1.85 m) for those curious!

Edit: also there are the meter/centimeters right there… my pinky finger is longer than 2 centimeters which is the extent to which Genji is smaller
