I didn’t realize that only I was able to see some messages that were left. as soon as I close the prompts I will post a list of the order I received them in/will work on them

Edit: also got a lot of long requests so will only take 5 more at max!

Ko-Fi commissions now open!

Ko-Fi commissions are opened up NOW for a limited amount of time.

(Link to my Ko-Fi) -You might want to read the post below first, though.

How long is that limited amount? Depends on how many commissions I get. If just a few want something it’ll be open longer, if there’s a big rush, I might have to close it after just a few minutes. We will see!

For the beginning I will accept around 20 prompts.

(Except if there are a lot of 6€+ prompts in which case I will accept less)

How does it work?

  • For a minimal amount of 3 € you can ask me for a ~300 word fic. You can go up to 15 € for ~1500 words – everything above will be seen as a tip.
  • First come first serve!
  • You can commission as many as you like until I post on my dash that the prompts are closed again.

What do you get?

  • A fic specifically for you and your ideas from one of these fandoms: Overwatch, Legend of Zelda, Xenoblade Chronicles 1+2, The Dark Tower
  • The fic will be posted (+prompt) on my tumblr (and maybe my AO3) for everybody to enjoy
  • My eternal gratitude

What are the rules?

I will work as quickly as I can but I do need time. Since it is my first time doing this, we will all have to see and learn how long it takes me.

I reserve the right to combine similar prompts into one fic. The fic will be a bit longer as a result but is not the sum of both prompts put together.

I will work chronologically for the most part. If I do skip a prompt it might be that I am either flat out of ideas for it or that it feels problematic and I am unwilling to write it.

Please keep in mind that I am a human being and while I hope to fulfill everybody’s wishes, sometimes it might not be possible for me to do so out of a lack of creativity on my part. I can’t force it.

Also keep in mind: A commission through ko-fi is quick on both our parts but it also means we can not talk beforehand about whether I am cool with your ideas or not. If you commission me, I assume you have been on my blog for a while and you should know about stuff I am likely to write and stuff I am not likely to write.

(just as a reminder; examples of stuff I am NOT likely to write: wildly out of character behaviours; humor/fun/silly; bottom Jack; anything with the word ‘punish’ in it….)

I have been writing for a while on tumblr (not only this fandom) and I always try to be up-front with everybody and how I work. I hope you feel that way as well and that if I do not write your prompt you do not see it as me scamming you or as a personal affront (which it definitely is not) but as the fickle nature of creativity.  In that case you can see the payment as a tip to me which I would be eternally grateful for.

(It should also be said that while I obviously will try to write every prompt and the amount of money should not influence the quality of the fic, I would try for the more-than-3 € fics to really happen.)

That said… lets try this out, shall we?

LET 👏 RETAIL 👏 EMPLOYEES 👏 SIT 👏

The only major chain retail store that I know of that allows their cashiers to sit is the Aldi grocery store, a German chain. Their starting pay is also $12 an hour chain-wide.

The interior of the store looks like this so they save money on the annoying shelf restocking. Products remain in their boxes until being removed by customers.  No unboxing and putting stuff on shelves, and constantly having to rearrange it. Also, the boxes make inventory a breeze as a sealed box has a defined number of items in it.

Typical American grocery stores have shelves like this

Every item has to be unboxed and neatly stacked on the shelves. If they get messed up by the customers, everything has to be rearranged back to specific rigid order. When you have to verify the inventory, every item has to be removed from the shelves to be counted and put back. Aldi’s also do not have plastic bags. You can buy reusable bags or simply use the empty cardboard boxes that are available.

Last is the carts. Most grocery stores have their carts strewn across the parking lots, rolling around and hitting cars until a store employee is sent out to collect them, after being yelled at by the manager when they were told to do other tasks in the meantime. Aldi’s chains those carts together and you have to put a Quarter in to release it. When you are done, you plug the chain back in and get your Quarter back. If others are lazy, you can collect and return the loose carts and collect the Quarters.

It stops this…

Then the employees have to do this

If you or a friend has been on the fence about getting Bloodborne you can now grab it for FREE if you have a PS+ subscription

(I believe the Old Hunters DLC is not included. While the mainline game is strong enough on it’s own I’d say if you are enjoying yourself even the slightest it’s an obligatory add-on. No worries though, the DLC is meant to be a late game area so you can go through pretty much the full game before touching it if you need some time to save up.)

Newbie tip: It might feel more natural to dodge away from enemies but in BB you should aggressively be dodging “into” them.
