Alright so ive seen “add a finger->dick” in every smut I’ve read, how is it supposed to go? (Never done butt stuff irl)

no; I mean the ‘one-two-three-finger->dick’ rule that seems to be going on.

Not every dick is as thick as three of your fingers. not every body is sufficiently prepared with just three fingers. preparation can be sexy as well but following a formula is never erotic in the first place.

the term ‘scissoring him open’ is probably also tattooed onto the inside of my eyelids by now because every fic that has the one-two-three-finger-dick rule has 100% that phrase.

just… let bodies fall out of the norm. Let your porn be out of the norm. it’s fictional porn with fictional people, you don’t need to mention the preparation at all most of the time; esp if it’s just done in the famous ca. two sentence structure of ‘he put in the first finger and soon it were three scissoring his s/o open’

“tongues tangling” “tongues battling” (I’d really love to read a million fics about sensual kissing. like… So Long and GoodNight had a scene about them kissing and I kind of just fucking melted because it was. so. good. fuck.)

in general characters being too careful with each other during the sexy times; too detailed descriptions of the exact position and design of tattoos; too much moaning for no reason in particular -> hand on butt “[character] moans”
