so he does have wings but they end in kinda scaley hands with sharp nails; think chicken legs but in form of hands.
the plumage then covers his shoulders and the back of his neck. Basically everything on his body is covered in feathers other than his head and his front torso down to his abdomen. The feather line wraps around his hips and covers his crotch; maybe a four-finger span underneath his belly button.
he has a fan of tail feathers from the small of his back that are not very bend-able which is why he wouldn’t let McCree lie down on his back like that. His thighs are also feathered but from the knee down he has bird feet.
he does possess normal hair on his head. Everything is a dark blue/black.
