Roadhog doesn’t mind body odor (In fact, he likes it in his pigs) so McCree won’t be made to shower or wash up for the duration of their play.
Roadhog also unironically likes to listen to Jesse squeal like a pig. He may or may not be using as little lube as possible when he fucks him with his short fat dick, just to get him to make all them good noises.
Jesse loves playing with Roadhog because it’s super uncomplicated and he can be as nasty as he wants without Roadhog batting an eyelash.

Best part about Overwatch is, besides the voice lines/emotes – which can be seen on youtube, all the lore and characterization content is accessible out of game. You don’t need the game to get into the characters. Watch the shorts, read the comics & the website media, and that’s it!
