well obviously he is mortified. probably changes his clothes every few hours because with all the acrobatics he has to do there’s just always something dribbling out and he can’t help it. But the thought of someone seeing a wet patch on his pants or even smelling it is horrifying to him.

this could go two ways, actually. One where he def is horrified but also it is his secret kink to get humiliated and degraded for it;

or, (and surprisingly, that is my fav way for it) his partner has to kinda figure it out on their own and they’re really into watersports and it becomes a nice hurt/comfort kink where they make him feel not absolutely ashamed for the first time in decades :`)
