I can actually help with this one. I have an inverted nip that is pierced. Actually both are pierced but the ‘normal’ nipple actually is the more problematic of the two. Anyway, they stab you a little lower so more nip in there. Mine could be coached out without too much difficulty though. They have a curved barbell for the tougher customers but either way there is some delightful squish and still lays flatter.

Late for the puffy nips but what if hanzo got them pulled out so they could be pierced but a few days later they inverted again but the rod kept them from going all the way back in making them even more puffy and squishy?
