What he does have, is an interesting portrayal in the anime.
The manga has not been kind to Endeavor, is a phrase that wins the award for most understated understatement. His personality there borders on villainous. And while the anime casts him as a jerk with a fatal dose of self-centered nepotism, I can hardly deny that he is absolutely a hero. He even has his own theme music.
He may be Bad-Dad, but the anime leaves no doubt about why Endeavor is 2nd best hero only below All Might.
