Don’t want to start a discussion. But why does Scott need a new girlfriend?? Can’t he be by himself?? I think the whole “maincharacter-always-needs-loveinterest” is bullsh**. Why not concentrate on some other charakters and their arc?? (my opinion not only for TW)

I absolutely feel you. I hate love stories with a burning passion in TV and cinemas because it never feels right. It feels like they’re just ticking off boxes. “Does our male lead have a female? check.”

love at first sight is stupid and boring, and that’s what it boils down to basically because they just can not have enough time (in movies) to form a bond that would interest me and in TV shows they just don’t take the necessary time. what it boils down to is “You’re hot and therefore my soulmate” or “You’re hot and I want to get in your pants and oh suddenly I realize you’re my soulmate”

boring as shit.

just give me monsters and action and friendship and your movie/TVseries gets 50% better.
