I saw the post you had about Aldritch with the boobie tag. My best guess is it looks like that because Gwyndolin was raised female, if my memory serves me.

yeah you’re absolutely right, he was raised as a daughter because of his magic use… but why the artist gave him huge boobs because of it… huh. well maybe it isn’t Gwyndolin after all. I haven’t yet read or watched any videos with lore.
