I actually wanted to write a mchanzo fic where one of them has a rape fantasy kink and they decided to roleplay it out but then I thought about how disturbing that would be for some people even if it’s consensual so I didn’t do it.

oh no, friend. it is very honorable of you to think of other peoples’ feelings but that shouldn’t keep you from writing as long as you tag your things properly.

I know how tumblr is, trying to include everybody and their grandma and be as non-problematic as possible, but truth is anything and everything can be a trigger for any random person. If you start policing yourself like that you won’t be happy as a writer and we would just tread on the same spot over and over again because nobody would dare to write anything remotely out of the norm.

so: just go with what you want to do and tag it properly just in case! but in the end, people will have to decide on their own what might trigger them. you don’t have to do that work for them.
