Hey cyber, do you have any advice for someone who’s considering starting to take commissions? I’ve never done them before but I’ve started having people ask, but I have no idea what to charge or how it usually works or anything

uh… I dunno what exactly you’re looking for. I can tell you what I do. I charge 1€ per 100 words through paypal; I talk to the people beforehand and ask them about what they were thinking of; what kinks they’d like me to include, what stuff they *don’t* want me to include. I let them tell me an estimate of how long they would like it to be (aka how much money they can put into it).

when everything is said and done and we’re both happy with it, I open up a google docs and give them the link so they can tell me if they like something and especially if they *don’t* like something so I can change everything accordingly

after everything is done I look into the wordcount of google docs and tell them how much money it actually came to in the end. They send the money via paypal and everybody is happy
