McCree, especially blackwatch era, is way too easy a target for omo scenarios. Like, Gabe refusing to let him be excused either because Jesse’s been a little shit and he wants to teach him a lesson or because Jesse IS a little shit and Gabe thinks he’s just fucking around. Jesse desperate on a mission/on the transport back because he doesn’t have nearly as much experience setting his body-clock around deployments or finding the sweet spot between staying hydrated and getting desperate too fast
