So I know you don’t think punishments are hot, but what about ‘punishments’? Like the dom pretends to be disappointed but they kinda obviously aren’t really and the ‘punishment’ is something they both really enjoy, so it’s more like role playing than actual discipline

I don’t like the word punishment. it sounds very mean and violent and that should not be the case in a D/s relationship; but I know that is just a quirk of mine.

I like subs being disciplined that’s not the problem; I just want that discipline to be something that makes sense. So if they have never before talked about .. I dunno… that the sub is not supposed to talk to other men when they’re outside for dinner or something. they have to have talked about that beforehand so the sub knows he’s transgressing willingly.

I’m not into scenarios where they never tried any D/s and then they get into a situation and the sub gets disciplined for an action they hadn’t even negotiated was against the rules. it’s just not sexy to me. I can’t put the finger on why : / I guess I like it when the rule breaking has been deliberate and the sub is hankering for some discipline, or does it because he’s unhappy with something
