Oh man, I know the competitive thing puts people off, but I’ve totally done that, where my sexual tension with someone else turns into a kind of charged stand off. But give it a chance! There are some themes that grow out of the Brian route that I find super interesting and hot, like the protagonist having daddy thoughts and feelings of safety and whatnot. It also ends very sweetly.
