Hanzo absolutely is vain enough that he would find himself drawn to McCree sooner or later. McCree is a man that will not let something he wants out of his sight and pursue it and he is definitely very perceptive. He would see how much Hanzo loves the little pet names and flattery and just amp it up to the max.
*whispers* what about kabuki Hanzo who refuses to sell himself for the sake of pride until he meets patron McCree who just does it for him. Like at first he’s not into it but this uncouth cowboy just keeps coming back again and again telling him how wonderful he is and how perfect and eventually Hanzo starts to notice how sweet and gentlemanly McCree is and then one night McCree is flirting with him and BAM he just flirts back and fast forward to some messed up makeup and yum!
