I can def see it go both ways; either Hanzo being very playfully obvious about it or being very scary about it where McCree basically starts sweating the second he recognizes Mr. Shimada’s number on his work phone because he knows the heater is not broken but his dick will be demanded, and Mr. Shimada is so greedy for it he always wonders whether he’ll be allowed to keep it :’ )
About janitor!McCree, I can totally see Hanzo making up really obvious excuses to get him into the apartment. “Oh mister handyman, the sink just wont stop leaking” or “no I have no idea why the heater keeps going out even after its fixed, by the way the hinges on my closet door are squeaky could you come in here and take a look?” and just generally being the most unsubtle person ever
