ohhhh but he can hurt him. Wade can still feel pain (as far as I know? It was only Francis who was not able to feel anything in either direction); so he could still make him hurt but there would be no permanent damage.
And he’s really kinda apprehensive about that the first few times, but he kind of learns to enjoy himself because it’s so hard to be a worrywart when Wade is just so enthusiastic about it.
Like he falls to his knees with a sighed ‘finally!’ and actually fucking babytalks and coos at that big, metal dick when he’s finally got it out and warms it between his hands and mouths at the smooth tip, words almost an unintelligible mumble because he has no manners no matter how often Colossus tells him that one shouldn’t speak with an occupied mouth.
All that gets across is his giddiness and that is really kind of enough. Wade never takes off his suit other than what’s strictly necessary for the encounters but his eyes still get comically wide the first time he gets his hands on those big metal balls (”Thems are real balls of steel”, he whispers with the awe of a child talking about anything superhero related.). And he tries so hard to suckle even one into his mouth but Colossus has to put a stop to that when he’s on the verge of seriously thinking about dislocating his jaw.
It’s hard to think sometimes when he’s got that wet, soft tissue all over him. Warming him up like nothing else could.
