What if omega Reaper? He still gets heats but sometimes he gets pain heats where it’s just… days of him screaming and every nerve is on fire and he’s dying again but he never does. He really doesn’t like being touched then but he appreciates someone going out and getting him food and water and people to feed off of.

no but seriously, that’s a p good idea. I like the thought that he goes pretty much feral with how much he’s hurting; slamming himself into the walls of the heat room, roaring at everybody that walks past. 

I don’t even think he’d want anybody to get near for any reason. maybe Angela/Sombra (depending on whether he’s in Talon or not) is stubborn and shoves some nourishment through a hatch but he sure as hell won’t mention it when he’s finally out of heat
